Payments and Refund Policy

1. Web Design Service

1.1 Initial Stage: We will commence the web design service without requiring any advance payment.

1.2 Payment for Web Development: Once the homepage design work is completed, and if the client approves it, the client needs to pay 20% of the total Web Development project price, as specified in the final quotation.

1.3 Phased Payments: For the Web Development project, we will request payment in multiple phases as the project progresses. The payment structure is as follows:

  • 20% payment after the completion of the homepage design.
  • 30% payment after all the pages have been designed.
  • Remaining 50% payment upon completing the development phase.

1.4 Website Publication: We will only publish the website upon successful receipt of 100% payment. If payment is not received, the website will remain in the development phase.


2. Other Services (Social Media, Content Writing, and Website Maintenance)

2.1 Advance Payment: For services such as Social Media, Content Writing, and Website Maintenance, the client must pay in advance to avail these services. The payment details will be provided in the quotation.

2.2 Monthly Charges: For Social Media, Content Writing, and Website Maintenance services, the client will be charged a monthly amount as specified in the quotation.

2.3 Pricing Updates: We reserve the right to revise the pricing for Social Media, Content Writing, and Website Maintenance services at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any price changes.


3. Refunds and Discontinuation

3.1 No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any of our services, including Web Design, Web Development, Social Media, Content Writing, and Website Maintenance services.

3.2 Service Discontinuation: Clients have the option to discontinue our services at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.


4. Payment Methods

4.1 PayPal and Stripe: We only accept payments via PayPal or Stripe. These payment gateways offer secure and reliable methods to process your payments.

4.2 Invoice Payment: We do not accept payments directly on our website. Instead, we will send an invoice directly to the client, specifying the payment amount and instructions.
